Our tasting with a light lunch at Mezzo Ettaro was enchanting. Leonardo welcomed us with a smile and among the vines told us the story of the winery and everything that goes into one of their bottles. Their wines are authentic, not commercial, and you can feel the true essence of Valpolicella. The lunch was also noteworthy with high-quality local products. Our experience included a light lunch and a tasting of three Chiantis.
But we were offered the chance to ask for a taste of other wines and this was much appreciated, since I am a sommelier.

Great experience
We booked the “Picnic in the Vineyards” package, and it was a fantastic experience. We started with a tour through the vineyards and cellars, followed by a wine tasting.
The picnic itself was incredible—set in a peaceful, quiet spot in the middle of the hills. The picnic basket was generously filled with a variety of delicious food, and we were also given a bottle of red wine.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and would definitely come again. Thank you!
