The experience was really lovely: a family atmosphere, exquisite food, excellent wine, and a very knowledgeable sommelier. Christian is an excellent host; he introduced us to an excellent local winery, on whose wines the entire course was based. With the tasting, he gave us the basics for evaluating and describing wine from both a visual and taste perspective. Furthermore, what really surprised me, since it was mostly a tasting course, was the refinement and deliciousness of the wine pairings. It was for all intents and purposes a dinner, and I ate one of the best fettuccine I have ever tasted!!! I think I will come back for the handmade pasta course. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were at the Antico Gelso winery in Pozzolengo yesterday afternoon and we really appreciated the passion of the producer, Emanuele, who told us about his lands, his vineyard, and the philosophy of his wines. A pleasant tasting accompanied by vegetarian food, in line with our ethical choice, brightened our Sunday afternoon. Recommended. Congratulations again.

Mr. Andrea is a very knowledgeable and kind person, able to immerse you in his greatest passion: his wine, his land, his winemaking process. We spent about two hours among vineyards, the cellar and bottles of wine, each one better than the last. Niche and quality products.
