A decidedly positive experience from all points of view, carried out on a beautiful sunny day in late February. The welcome was excellent, which was followed by a tour of the winery with a thorough explanation of the production processes, from the grape harvest to the bottling. We then moved on to the tasting phase with a sampling of 5 of their excellently crafted wines, expertly described by Gianpaolo who guided us on the tour. The appetizers that accompanied the wine tasting were also excellent, with very good focaccia and bread dipped in oil, also of their own production. In short, as they say in these cases, absolutely recommended.

We were warmly welcomed and we spent two very pleasant hours tasting unique wines, made with both the ancestral method and the classic method. Great care was also taken in the choice of food products that accompany the tasting, especially the focaccias, made with the estate's flours. Highly recommended
