Weekend in Umbria at Cantina Napolini in Montefalco
We went to Cantina Napolini last weekend. A no-frills family winery that welcomes and pampers you. Tiziana welcomed us and had us explore all the rows of vines. Upon returning, we stayed for the tasting and a super rich apericena with crostini, pasta, crescia, and dessert. True flavors of the land that take you back a bit to your grandparents' stories! It was a pleasant tasting, in the company of my friends and 6 other nice people.
The girl who led the tasting was certainly competent and passionate (unfortunately she didn't say her name).
We tasted some crostini with typical local dishes.
The explanation of the winery and the wine production was good and always with a smile.
She also answered the many questions asked with confidence.
The setting of the winery was very beautiful.

Wine glasses among beautiful scenery
There were 3 of us: me, my wife, and my 3-year-old son. We spent 2 hours in total relaxation, pampered by the owners while we tasted 5 excellent organic wines, with a view of the hills and plenty of space for the little one to play. Excellent organic wines, from rosé to red, made with thought and criteria, respecting the raw material and the rhythms of nature. A stone's throw from the center, in the truest sense of the word.
