Delicious wine tasting with a great view
We did a wine and tapas tasting at the Bodegas and really enjoyed this experience.
It is a beautiful place in the hills where you can enjoy the view over the vineyards and the entire Andalusian landscape. First we learned about the wine industry and production processes. We could also enter the place where the wine is produced and stored. At a nice dining table we enjoyed 4 different wines with some traditional tapas from Andalusia. Our guide was very attentive the whole time and told us about some more interesting activities that we could do in the area.

Ottima esperienza tra vini e ospitalità
Abbiamo partecipato di recente a una visita con degustazione presso la Cantina San Pietro ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La persona che ci ha accompagnato è stata estremamente disponibile e paziente, soprattutto con la nostra bambina di 5 anni: ci hanno fornito sia qualche snack che dei giochi per intrattenerla, permettendoci di goderci la visita con tranquillità.
Il percorso di spiegazione del processo produttivo è stato molto interessante e ben strutturato: ora sappiamo finalmente cosa significa “appassimento” e quali sono le differenze tra Amarone, Ripasso e Recioto! I vini in degustazione erano di ottima qualità e abbiamo apprezzato tutte le etichette proposte.
In più, quando ho accennato di essere una grande amante della Lugana, ci hanno offerto anche l’assaggio di questo vino, pur non essendo previsto dal programma: un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.
Esperienza consigliata, sia per gli appassionati di vino che per chi, come noi, vuole un’accoglienza attenta anche alle esigenze delle famiglie. Un grazie alla Cantina San Pietro per la splendida giornata!

Mrs. Rossella who welcomed us was very kind and you can immediately tell that she does this job with love and dedication. Her choice to adopt biodynamics was visionary and it shows: every sip of wine is a unique experience.
The wines and the vinsanto were simply delicious, with an authentic and natural flavor that makes you feel as if you were part of nature itself. The visit to the farm was a complete experience, with detailed explanations and guided tastings.

A truly magnificent experience
We spent a magnificent afternoon dedicated to excellent wine and discovering something more about the territory and Piedmontese tradition, in the beating heart of Monferrato.
Emanuele was an excellent host, able to convey his passion to the group.
The visit began with a tour of the vineyard, where we were given the chance to taste some grapes, we then continued with a visit to the cellar, where with great simplicity not only were we told the history of the winery (and in part of his family), but where the winemaking process was explained to us in a simple and clear way, finally we concluded with a tasting of 6 wines accompanied by an excellent charcuterie board and a taste of hazelnut cake.
