A Truly Authentic Luxembourg Wine Experience
We had a wonderful wine tasting at Paul’s with our family. It was especially nice to discover the winery behind my favourite local Luxembourgish wine — and to find out that it’s right in our neighbourhood!
The experience felt very authentic and personal, and we were welcomed so warmly. The wines were excellent, and the whole visit was truly lovely. Definitely a little local gem worth discovering!

Great tasting in great company
Very attentive and pleasant winery owners, we took a walk through the vineyards listening to stories about the grapes and the history of the area.
We visited the cellar and had a great tasting, so much so that we then bought some wine to take home.

Interesting, insightful, relaxed
Surprisingly, there was neither pasta, pizza nor ceviche, but instead local delicacies + wines, which we wouldn't have expected like that, but precisely for this reason took the tour.
Teresa, a true Triestina, knows both very well.
The small group (5 people) was nice and pleasant and complemented the casual food tour very appropriately.

A truly wonderful experience at Cantine Fumanelli. A historic winery with authentic charm, nestled in the Valpolicella hills, in a place of peace and tranquility, far from the noise of daily life. An ancient and interesting history that is reflected in the passion and quality of the wines. Valpolicella and Amarone of great elegance and finesse, an excellent expression of the territory. Our guide Antonio explained in detail all the steps needed to reach the finished product. He did a great job of engaging us. Excellent oil tasting, I highly recommend trying the basil and lemon ones.

amazing tasting and experience
We went to three wineries during our time in Sannio and Terre Stregate was our favorite. We had a great time and Angelo was a fantastic guide. We enjoyed learning about wine from him and enjoyed our converstaions. The tasting itself came with food products which were delicious and were able to select the 3 wines we wanted to try.
Falanghina is our favorite wine and we have tried many different ones throughout Campania. The one we tried at Terre Stregate was one of the best we have had, if not the best. The Aglianico was also delicious and lighter compared to other ones we've had from Irpinia. The Falanghina dessert wine was amazing as well.
The tour itself was very easy took book through winedering and Angelo spoke amazing English, which is hard to find when looking for wine tastings in the area. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about wine. We purchased an Aglianico and Falanghina dessert wine, and are very excited to enjoy them at home when we return to the US.
