Welcome and genuine wine
A simple but warm welcome, just as the Fedrizzi production is simple and pleasant.
We visited the vineyard very quickly because of the African heat. A shame, it deserved more time.
Then we sat in the tasting room, where we tasted different types of wine, even beyond the glasses included in the booking. The tasting was accompanied by tigelle, as simple as they were inviting, prepared by our guide, who was very kind and full of information.
The wines are genuine, simple wines that pair well with the local cuisine: lambrusco, pignoletto, negretto prepared in different ways.

A most pleasant tasting
I gifted the experience at the Fasol Menin winery to my fiancé through Winedering.
Excellent welcome from Matteo, he explained their whole process, done with care and passion, also showing us the places where production takes place.
Afterwards, depending on the tasting booked, they have you try their specialties. We tasted 5 wines, each accompanied by a small bite. Everything is handmade by them and you can find it in the high Quality they serve to guests.
We also purchased their specialties.
We had a very good time from all points of view and we recommend it to anyone who wants to try an excellent DOCG wine.

Winery visit and lunch for a birthday
It was an excellent experience, the winery tour was very interesting and fun despite being short (~30 min). As for the lunch, we were all left speechless, it was spectacular and delicious. They were also able to accommodate a vegan person and prepared an excellent custom menu. The wines we tasted were very good and interesting, each wine paired perfectly with the menu. Friendly and pleasant staff. Beautiful view and an elegant yet rustic dining room. I recommend it to everyone.
