Not very good
The person who guided us through the experience fell short: he was overly rushed, spoke poor Italian, and clearly knew nothing about the history of the place, vine cultivation, or even wine production.
The wines offered were pleasant (though only three were produced on the estate), and the cured meats and cheeses were of high quality and very good.

A very interesting visit to a local winemaker with very good English to explain the different processes to produce the Chateauneuf du Pape. The tasting was excellent and the whole experience very enjoyable.

Selvole is a special place for those looking for the history of Chianti, set in the countryside, at first glance it is not found immediately as it is not a tourist spot, whoever comes here is looking for a genuine experience. You will be welcomed by the owner, Mr. Guido, a person who is not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and helpful. The tasting is perfect, the wines offered very good especially the reserve, the quality-price ratio is spectacular, a wonderful day, thanks and goodbye for sure.
