We had a fantastic tour around the estate. An impressive story about the history of how it was acquired, the development, and a tour of the production facilities with explanations of its successes and challenges. Many questions were answered, ending with a wonderful wine tasting. Domaine d’Herbe Saint is not only about their wines, it’s the whole package.

We went driven by the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. We had a great time, enjoying the explanations of the small but very interesting winery, which they care for with a lot of love, down to the very last detail. In addition, we were lucky enough to be just the 2 of us, and the experience was even more exclusive and educational. The lunch was perfect, local cold cuts and cheeses, and rice, quantity and quality, surrounded by a precious environment and an idyllic setting: Good wines in a young winery. If you like wine and want to have a good time enjoying and disconnecting, it's your place. Super recommendable. Thanks and keep it up! You're really putting so much effort into it!

A small winery in an exceptional setting. Very interesting visit and some very good wines.

It was a wonderful and unexpected experience, located in a beautiful and historic winery. The staff was friendly, and the guide was helpful and super professional. We added a tasting platter to the basic package, which was very good. The wine tasting also received a positive review. Highly recommended.

Booked on Wednesday for Thursday. Upon our arrival, the first thing said by the very young owner is that the winery is not visitable because of the harvest. I politely point out that perhaps they could have avoided accepting reservations, especially since having booked the day before, the harvest had already started and they knew it. Smug and unpleasant replies. Expressions of annoyance when at the fourth wine we ask to be able to change the glass. We are told that the four-wine tasting was booked while we had booked the seven-wine one. With ONE table I expect that there can be no confusion about what was booked, there was no one else. Excellent, very pleasant wines and quality accompanying food. I would have given a higher rating had it not been for the unpleasantness and rough manners, also because I appreciate small businesses. Just a table for two, I expect kindness and cordiality. Having purchased the excellent wines, we asked for directions on where we could go for an aperitif, since the venue was closing. We were recommended a place that was closed.

We are wine lovers and traveling in Italy we like to try the different labels. Here at Palagetto we felt welcomed, Stella followed us during the tasting where we found excellent products, which we gladly purchased at the end of the experience.

It was a great experience, guided by the very talented Erica. A tour through the vineyards, into the cellar and then the tasting of excellent organic wines. The owners are very knowledgeable people who care about well-being. I recommend this experience to everyone!
