A True Hidden Gem

Our visit to this family-run winery was a true highlight of our trip and a memorable experience for the whole family. The tour began with a walk through the stunning estate, where we learned about the different grape varieties and the winemaking process for their exceptional white, rosé, and red wines. The setting is absolutely enchanting—beautifully landscaped grounds, a charming hacienda, and a picturesque inner courtyard filled with flowers and warmth. Our experience was led by Justine and Lorenzo, the owner and winemaker. Their hospitality was outstanding. They made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to answer all of our questions with passion and patience. One of the highlights was that Justine spoke French, which allowed our entire family to enjoy the tour in our native language—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The tour ended with a generous tasting of all their wines—each one delicious and unique. As if that wasn’t enough, Lorenzo’s mother prepared a homemade meal for us, allowing us to pair the wines with incredible local dishes. The experience was elevated even further by their exquisite house-made olive oil, which perfectly showcased the region’s flavors. This visit was a true favorite for every member of the family. A heartfelt thank you to Justine and Lorenzo for their flawless hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to all wine lovers and anyone looking to discover the rich culinary heritage of Italy. Bravo! Seb2

Time well spent!

We were looking for a local more intimate wine tasting and Tiberini was perfect. Exceptional hospitality and an overall good tour of their small family operation. If you’re hungry and want to linger, by all means enjoy a meal there as well. Their chef is great and happy to offer up great dishes. The wine was delicious with enough variety to give you a well rounded tasting! The setting and atmosphere is perfection for those wanting a personal experience. The kids were out in holiday, so it made it even more charming. The tour is definitely not as much of a polished production as some of the more popular wineries in the area (we booked some of them too), but you won’t regret visiting Tiberini! It was everyone’s favourite by far.

A must-try!

We visited this vineyard where we got to taste 3 different, truly excellent wines, followed by an equally fantastic lunch. The staff was truly friendly and knowledgeable, both at the tasting and in the attached dining area. I recommend it to anyone passing through the Peschiera del Garda area.

Relax

We took a short tour of the winery where they explained the origin of the Moscone family! Afterwards we took part in the picnic experience in the vineyards and I must say it was wonderful. Sara and her employee are very kind and very helpful! The food in the basket was fabulous, just like the bottle of wine that accompanied our lunch.

Family-run and welcoming winery

There were two of us and we discovered this family-run winery nestled in the Tuscan hills just after San Quirico d'Orcia. A very nice setting with a B&B, also run by the same family. The lady, the mother of the winery's owner, welcomed us kindly and explained how their vineyard was established and the types of grapes they have. Afterwards we quickly visited their cellar and had a tasting with artisanal cured meats and cheeses (you could tell) and their very good wines. Lastly, they also offered us the vinsanto of their own production and cantucci handmade by the mother. A very positive experience with a fair price.
