Our Host Raquel was very nice and told us a lot about the history of the winery and the growing of the vines, the harvesting and the storage of the wine in the barrels.
After the tour we went upstairs in the restaurant where we could taste 4 different wines and Raquel shared all her knowledge about the wines and wine tasting.

We visited Cantina Sciacca for a tasting of their Etna wines and it was a truly wonderful experience. The wines are excellent, perfectly capable of telling the story of the territory and the volcano. Special praise to the sommelier who welcomed us: extremely competent, knowledgeable, and at the same time very welcoming. He guided us with passion, telling us every detail. Highly recommended winery if you are looking for quality and great hospitality!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our private tour and tasting. The owners were lovely and did a great job of showing us the property and explaining the winemaking process. The wine and accompanying food were delicious. And the views were incredible!

Incredible tasting!
The tasting is very comprehensive, they let you try several wines and the atmosphere in the winery is very picturesque. It can be done in English, French or Italian and the girl speaks very slowly and explains everything if none of them is your native language. A 10!

Fabulous Private Wine Tour of Etna
We had a great day visiting 3 lovely wineries on the slopes of Etna. Also a delicious farmhouse lunch on a terrace overlooking a delightful small family vineyard. The wines and countryside were beautiful, and our friendly guide (Corrado) loved to share his extensive knowledge of the region’s history, wine, and spectacular Mt Etna.
