We couldn't have ended the year in a better way! The estate is wonderful and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. We felt pampered the whole time, we tasted some excellent wines, accompanied by quality, zero-kilometer food. The entire experience was truly special and surely if I were to return to Naples I would do it again.

The experience began with the tour among the vineyards, then straight to the cellar to taste 7 wines, all accompanied by a small board of bread and cured meats. Excellent presentation and preparation by Damiano and Daniele. Excellent experience.

We were welcomed with kindness and courtesy, the explanation of every single step of the process from the vineyard to the cellars was very instructive, a truly tiring and noble job. Inside the facility, cleanliness and order. The platter with cheeses and cured meats was delicious, we had never tasted such good hazelnuts before. The excellent wines that accompanied us were fragrant and with clear colors, so much so that we bought a few bottles. An experience to be repeated, without a doubt. Thank you.

We visited the Balter winery thanks to a voucher offered by our son. We didn't have high expectations, but the visit turned out to be a pleasant and interesting discovery. Thanks to Agostina who with passion and professionalism told us about the birth of the classic method sparkling wine from the earth to the opening of the bottle...and always with a smile! Two hours flew by in an instant...

Excellent experience, a well-kept and welcoming place. We were in the heated veranda with a view of the vineyard and the Umbrian landscape. Excellent wines accompanied by platters and crostini.

The experience is unique, near Rome you get to experience the entire wine production process, from cultivation, seeing where the maceration, fermentation, and bottling is done, definitely the best experience of this type I've ever had. The tour of their barrels is unique, the explanation and guidance are unparalleled, very well done and super detailed, plus the openness to all kinds of questions, simply sensational. Their wines are also very very very good, the pairing experience was also unparalleled, their sommelier is more than well-trained and with great knowledge of both the products and the area neighboring the vineyard. Highly recommended, we will return without a doubt.
