Great experience

We had a wonderful experience at Tenuta la Favola. A great guide how told Us a about the way the graves where growing. The respectful way of working white nature, is a way that every farmer should whit. They have my greatest respect. And the wines they produce are marvelous. Surprise in Franciacorta

I was at the “Il Dosso” winery during the Christmas holidays. Both the tasting and the tour of their cellars were a pleasant surprise. The son recounted with great passion the whole procedure and the methods for making their wines and my partner and I found it very interesting. We did the three-glass wine tasting with a platter of typical local cheeses and cured meats. The wines were one better than the next. In fact, at the end of the tasting we bought some bottles to take home and to give as gifts to our friends. I recommend doing this tasting, maybe doing the 6-glass one to taste more things.
