The overall experience was charming and everything went perfectly.
Our host, Marco, entertained us with his knowledge of oil and wine and with extra curiosities about the company and the area.
It was very interesting to see the plastic reconstruction of Etna, to better understand the differences between the many volcanic eruptions and minerals.
The oils were very tasty and the suggested pairing with the cheeses was perfect.
The two wines were good as well.
