The location is fantastic, it really feels like being in the center of the world, surrounded by the splendid Umbrian hills!! Excellent tasting in the selection of wines. Not to mention the local products (cured meats/cheese) and their own production of oil, which pair with the flavors/aromas of the wines offered. We were welcomed by Giulia, who transmitted to us all the passion she feels for this work. Compliments!

As soon as we arrived, the whole family welcomed us. Everyone was very kind and friendly. We tasted their 8 wines accompanied by appetizers, all very good. We spent 4 hours in their company and in tranquility with the rain falling outside the window while we watched their vineyards. Their oil is also recommended, it's delicious. To finish, they also offered us their grappa. If we return to the area, we will surely come back, thank you.

I visited this beautiful winery nestled in the woods at 200 meters above sea level. A biodynamic winery belonging to the 'Triple A' movement, the ownership pays the utmost attention to the quality of the grapes to obtain fine wines without the aid of enological products. I was also able to taste the Sangiovese must that had been fermenting for a few days, a sweet, delicious, not-yet-alcoholic juice, from which you can perceive the quality of the grapes used. The visit to the vineyard and then to the characteristic cellar, passing through the 'caratelli' room where the Vinsanto ages for 8 years, concluded with a tasting of their 4 wines accompanied by bruschetta with the oil of their own production. The wines are full-bodied and elegant, both the reds and the macerated white, a tannic white with the color of gold that paired perfectly with the bruschetta with tomato sauce. And what to say about the Vinsanto? A delight with notes of dried fruit, dried figs and honey, with a savory freshness that would make you drink more, and more, and more.

The tour of the winery was very quick. You pass inside the winery and only glimpse the production processes. But the experience itself was very interesting, the food was delicious and abundant. The super kind and knowledgeable staff served us and explained every single wine we tasted, and in the end we even went beyond the ones planned. A truly beautiful experience!
