Enchanting winery, very knowledgeable guys to tell the story of the winery and the various techniques with which the wine is worked in its various fermentations. Panoramic terrace with a fantastic view. Excellent lunch, everything to perfection, the various tastings of 5 sublime glasses. Marta, kind, cheerful, and prepared to explain the taste and aroma of each glass served. Everything excellent, a must-try. Well done to the Marrone sisters whom we saw at work with the customers, cheerful and kind.

The visit to Villa Simone is a truly memorable experience, structured in two very distinct phases. The first part took us on a discovery of the wonderful Lazio territory, with a fascinating description of the soil and its peculiarities. Walking through the vineyards, we were immersed in the most authentic characteristics of the region, admiring the plantings of native vines that thrive in this land rich in history and tradition. After exploring the vineyards, we delved into all the phases of wine production, from the moment the must is created to its patient rest in the barrels. Each step was recounted with passion and precision, giving us a clear vision of the complex and fascinating process that leads to the birth of high-quality wines. The second phase of the experience was the long-awaited tasting. Here, accompanied by carefully selected local products, we were able to savor wines that reflect the soul of this place. Each glass told us a story, a piece of the land, an artisanal craft that can be perceived in every sip. A special thanks goes to Villa Simone for the splendid evening we spent, where the love for the territory and the attention to detail gave us an unforgettable experience.

Excellent wine selection and accompanied the whole time by incredible hospitality, we felt as if we were at home. The location is also really beautiful! Highly recommended!

Worth doing at least once in a lifetime, even for those who aren't experts. The girls were very kind, the charcuterie board and wines were out of this world, the tour of the old and new parts of the building was also beautiful, the place is very welcoming and well-kept.
