Enjoy a multisensory tasting journey at our Wine Shop in Soave, where you’ll explore eight of our most iconic wines, including Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG. Please note that there is no visit to the winery or vineyard, as both are located 7 km from the tasting venue.
This premium tasting includes, based on availability, one of the following special wines: a historic vintage (minimum 10 years old – not for sale), an experimental wine by Alberto Coffele (not for sale), or a natural-style wine from Cascina Albaterra.
The experience will engage all your senses—starting with a visual and olfactory analysis, followed by the touch and sound of the bubbles in our Millesimato Brut, and culminating in taste.
Our expert will share detailed insights about our production methods, terroir, cru selections, and our pioneering approach to organic and social agriculture, developed with Cascina Albaterra.
You'll also discover a small exhibit of rare antique winemaking tools, dating back to the early 20th century and tied to the winegrowing traditions of the area.
