Sardinian Soul Vermentino di Gallura Tasting with Sardinian Products at Vini Mura in Loiri Porto San Paolo

Your visit begins at the Mura family estate, set among the granite hills of Gallura. For over 50 years, the family has cultivated Vermentino here, crafting wines that reflect the region's rugged landscape and Mediterranean scents.

After a welcome from a member of the Mura family or their hospitality team, you can take a self-guided walk through the surrounding vineyards. The experience continues with a guided tour of the cellar, where you'll learn about the production methods behind the estate's wines.

The tasting takes place in the tasting room and features three distinct expressions of Vermentino. You will sample Sienda, a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore D.O.C.G. that has received the Tre Bicchieri award from Gambero Rosso; Cheremi, a fresh Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G.; and Sienda Decennio, a Vermentino di Gallura IGT. The specific vintages may vary based on availability.

Each wine is paired with a selection of typical Sardinian products, including local cured meats, pecorino cheese, bread, and the estate's own artisanal preserves, such as artichokes in oil or sweet and sour onion compote, depending on the season.
