This wine tasting experience at Gorghi Tondi offers you the opportunity to discover the best labels from the family estate, the production excellence of the winery, through which the history, identity, vocation, and uniqueness of the Val di Mazara terroir can be identified.
The experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the winery, boasting a view of the calm waters of the WWF-protected Lago Preola and Gorghi Tondi nature reserve, just a short walk from the winery.
After a guided tour of the winery and barrique cellar, you will enjoy a tasting of 4 wines from the winery's best selection, paired with 4 gourmet finger foods:
- Bruschetta with burrata cheese and anchovy
- Red shrimp crudo (with Civolìa oil and lemon zest)
- Eggplant parmigiana with ricotta salata flakes
- Chocolate salami "our way," Castelvetrano black bread, Slow Food presidium
