Signature Food & Wine Experience at Tenuta Gorghi Tondi

This wine tasting at Gorghi Tondi offers you the opportunity to discover the family estate's finest wines, the winery's excellent production, and the history, identity, vocation, and uniqueness of the Val di Mazara terroir.

The experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the winery, which boasts views of the calm waters of the Lago Preola and Gorghi Tondi Lago Preola nature reserve, protected by the WWF, just steps from the winery.

After a guided tour of the winery and barrel room, you'll taste four wines from the winery's finest selection, paired with four gourmet finger foods:
- Bruschetta with burrata and anchovies
- Raw red shrimp (with Civolìa olive oil and lemon zest)
- Eggplant parmigiana with salted ricotta flakes
- Chocolate salami "a modo nostro" (our way), Castelvetrano black bread, a Slow Food Presidium
