This unique winery is set in a protected WWF nature reserve, just steps away from the calm waters of Lake Preola, offering an exceptional natural setting for an authentic wine journey.

Upon arrival at Gorghi Tondi, you will be welcomed with an introduction to the winery and its philosophy, while enjoying panoramic views over the lake and the surrounding natural reserve. The experience continues with a guided winery and barrel room tour, where you will learn more about the winemaking process and the techniques used to produce wines that reflect both tradition and innovation in Sicily.

The visit concludes with a guided tasting of 3 wines, paired with Civolìa extra virgin olive oil, made from Biancolilla or Nocellara cultivars, and local bread. The wines included in the tasting are Babbìo (white or rosé sparkling), Maremeo (white blend), and Spassoso (red blend), offering a complete overview of Gorghi Tondi’s production and terroir.
