Discover the many facets of modern Sicilian viticulture with this wine experience at Gorghi Tondi, located within the Preola Lake and Gorghi Tondi Nature Reserve.
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with an introduction to the winery, boasting a view of the calm waters of the WWF-protected Lago Preola and Gorghi Tondi nature reserve, a short walk from the winery. Next, you'll be guided on a tour of the winery and barrique cellar to learn more about our winemaking process.
To conclude, you'll enjoy a tasting of 3 wines paired with Civolìa extra-virgin olive oil, from the Biancolilla or Nocellara cultivar, and local bread. The wines included in the tasting are Babbìo (white or rosé, sparkling); Maremeo, a white blend; and Spassoso, a red blend.
