Signature White Wine Tasting by Cà dei Conti at Villa De Winckels

Your tasting experience is hosted at Villa De Winckels, a historic inn located in the Val d’Illasi. Sara, Cà dei Conti's hospitality manager, will welcome you.

If the weather is clear, the experience begins with a guided walk through the Cà dei Conti vineyard rows, offering a direct look at where the wines originate. The tasting then moves to one of the villa's historic rooms, where you will sample three white wines that express the winery's style.

You'll start with Giulietta, a fresh and harmonious blend of native Garganega and PIWI grape varieties. The second wine is Angelin, a late-harvest made from Traminer, Garganega, and PIWI grapes, which gives it depth and aromatic complexity. The tasting concludes with Romeo, a delicate and elegant white passito crafted from the estate's finest grapes.

The wines are served with a platter of Veronese specialties that change with the seasons. Depending on availability, this may include Soppressa Veneta, coppa, prosciutto crudo, and Monte Veronese DOP cheese at various stages of aging.
