Wine Tasting & Tour at Tenuta La Presa in Caprino Veronese
Here is what's in store for you
Your visit to Tenuta La Presa begins with a welcome from Enrico, the estate manager and sommelier.
He will guide you on a tour of the property, starting with a walk through the scenic vineyards before heading to the ageing cellar and the sparkling wine production area. Along the way, Enrico will share the history of the 15th-century farmhouse and explain the estate's winemaking philosophy.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of five wines, accompanied by the estate’s own olive oil. Depending on the weather, the tasting takes place outdoors under the portico or in a dedicated indoor tasting room. The selection typically includes a rosé, Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC; a white, either Lugana DOC or Custoza DOC; and three reds: Bardolino DOC and two Rosso Veronese IGT wines, Salassà and Napoleone.
To accompany the wines, you will be served a platter of local products, including salami, speck, coppa, caciotta, and Mezzano Trentino cheese. Minors will be served a platter of cured meats with a choice of water or non-alcoholic soft drinks.
