At Tenute Olbios, you will be welcomed by the estate's expert sommelier. They will guide you to the tasting room overlooking the vineyards or to the panoramic terrace with views of the property.

Here you will taste three wines, each from a different native grape variety, paired with a traditional Sardinian light lunch. The pairing includes warm appetizers from the estate's kitchen, a selection of artisan cheeses and cured meats like pecorino, salami, and prosciutto, and is completed with fresh seasonal fruit, honey or fruit preserves, and traditional bread.

The tasting includes:
- Lupus in Fabula, Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG (Vermentino)
- Cavè, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosé (Cannonau)
- Amur, Muristellu Colli del Limbara Rosso IGP (Muristellu)

A food-only option with water is available for children or any adults who prefer not to drink wine, featuring the same selection of local products.

Incredible experience
Tenute Olbios is really gorgeous. We booked a wine tasting with a light meal for 42€ and it was the most incredible meal we had in Olbia. We were surprised by the vast wine selection and each of us had a different favourite, mine was the Rosé. Each came with a different and local food pairing. The hosts were very hospitable and gave us enough time to eat and drink. They explained the origin of the wine and the food, which made the experience even better. The interior design is gorgeous and every detail fit perfectly to the winery and gave it a very luxurious feeling. I would definitely recommend a wine tasting here!
We would difinitely recommend buying any kind of wine here. Their price is ridiculous for such a great quality!
We also went there by bus, so no one has to drive under the influence and can fully experince the wine. It's a very nice 2 km walk from the bus station to the winery and totally doable.
