5 Perfect (Caterina)As soon as we arrived, they accompanied us into the vineyard for a brief, but complete tour. The characteristics of the soil and the plants were explained to us. Afterwards we went to the workshop where they explained the entire winemaking process, for both red and white wine, from the grape harvest to the bottling. All the explanations were detailed and complete. Finally the tasting began in a well-kept location. The wines we tried were two: the Fiano and the Aglianico. The wines were accompanied respectively by bruschetta with anchovies and salmon and by a large platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Finally they also had us try one of the liqueurs of their own production. Everything was truly excellent. Another positive note: I had advised them of the presence of a person with celiac disease and they had provided gluten-free bread. Overall we were extremely satisfied.
