5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Wine Tasting Experience Near Agropoli (Sylwia)We had the most wonderful afternoon at this family-run vineyard and winery. From the moment we arrived, Paolo and his son made us feel incredibly welcome. They shared fascinating stories about their life, the history of the vineyard, and the winemaking process with so much passion and authenticity. It felt less like a wine tasting and more like spending time with old friends. The setting itself is breathtaking – sitting high up on the mountain beside the family home, surrounded by vineyards, enjoying spectacular views while tasting exceptional wines. Every wine was beautifully explained, and Paolo’s son was equally knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Together they created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making sure we felt comfortable throughout the experience. The cold meat and cheese platter deserves a special mention – without a doubt one of the tastiest we’ve ever had. The quality and flavours were outstanding and paired perfectly with the wines. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and generosity of the family. They even kindly drove us back to Agropoli afterwards, which was greatly appreciated and completely above and beyond what we expected. If you’re visiting the Agropoli area and looking for an authentic Italian wine experience, this is an absolute must. Amazing wines, incredible hospitality, stunning views, and wonderful people. 5 Incredible wines & vibes (Joshua)Our experience at Viticoltori de Conciliis was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All of the wines were wonderful - both reds and whites. The service for our tasting was outstanding as well. A curated selection of local meats, cheeses, and breads was super delicious. Would absolutely recommend adding to your listing of must visit wineries if you’re in the Cilento area.

We received detailed and insightful information about the wines and the entire production process from start to finish, which made the experience both educational and engaging. The selection of local food was excellent and complemented the wines perfectly. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, open, and easy to talk to. 5 Wonderful Day in the Vineyard and Kitchen of the 4 Families (Christopher)This is a vineyard and winery run by 4 families that formally joined together in 2004. Guests joined the families in their vineyard kitchen for an intimate and authentic experience filled with information about the vineyard and wines they produce, a history of winemaking in the area, homemade food that was out of this world, and conversation about a wide variety of topics as one might have at Sunday dinner in their own kitchen. 3 It was okay (Dominique)We booked a tour and the tasting combined with a lunch. In the description it sounded like you'd get one type/glass of wine per course. We got there and were supposed to start with the tour. Then the plans changed and we started with the wines and lunch. We got the 5 wines at the same time. We got a little explanation of all the wines and after that it was just drinking the wine, which slowly started to warm up as well, and combine it with the food. The wines were allright, the food was very good! They kept pouring our glasses, After the lunch we got the form to buy wines and we got the bill. We never got the tour. Location and surroundings were very beautiful! Overall it was not very personal. It felt like they wanted to get us drunk so we would buy some bottles of wine (which turned out very expensive).

5 Amazing wine tasting experience in Amalfi coast (Jieran)We really enjoyed the wine tasting. At the beginning we were given a tour in the vineyard to get to know the soil, grape and general conditions of the wine. Then we followed the guide to the outdoor table under the graph vines to enjoy 4 glasses of wine as well as a delicious and abundant meals with ingredients all from their farm. The four wines were tasted from light to strong and goes super well with the meal. Their tomatoes are organically made, bursting with natural tomato sweetness, it's such a treat. We had a peaceful and tranquil time in the vineyard and enjoyed it greatly. We departed from Maiori via bus and it's quite reachable by public transport. Highly recommended if u’re in that region.

5 Tenuta San Francesco Tasting and Lunch (Cheryl)Fabulous small 4 family winery in the hills above Maoiri. The tour was so informative (they have 500 year old vines) and the lunch/tastings was one of highlights of our trip. Truly farm-to-table food including the freshest ricotta cheese we have ever had (from cow Milked that morning) . incredible experience !

5 Take this tour! (Abbie)I can’t say enough about the Verrone vineyard and winery! They picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station in Agropoli, spent the whole evening with us, and really made us feel like family. After walking around their vineyard and discussing all the different grapes they grow, we spent time on the patio and sampled some genuinely delicious wines paired with tasty snacks (prosciutto, smoked provolone, buffalo mozzarella, the list goes on). Later, they took us for a sunset walk at another vineyard they own that sits next to a recently restored 1000-year-old castle. It was such a memorable experience for us and one of the highlights of our trip to Campania. Thank you, Paolo and Antonio! We hope to see you again someday!

5 Delicious, Private, and Special (Kaitlyn)We weren’t sure what to expect when we booked this picnic experience, but it definitely exceeded our expectations! The hosts treated us as if we were the only party there (which we basically were!) and gave us the most personalized and friendly experience we’ve had since being in Italy. Not only were we allowed to explore the grounds and get the most amazing views and pictures, but the wine was some of the most delicious wine I’ve ever had. The snacks and sandwiches were also simple yet amazing and we took away knowledge about Italy that we never would have learned on our own. 10/10 recommend this experience to EVERYONE!

She gave us the tour and worked hard to pay attention to the group, translating in English for us. We were most impressed by their commitment to use only natural ingredients while growing and supplying the best products possible. Our meal at the end of our tour was fresh and absolutely delicious. Of course, the wine was amazing. It was a relaxing day with a beautiful view. Highly recommend!

5 Best vineyard tour we have seen in Campania in two years!!! (Laura)The Verrone family has the best vineyard tour we have ever been on! They open up their historical family estate, which is the largest in the Cilento area, and the wines are second to none. We've lived in Campania now for over a year and toured a lot of vineyards, with none of them even comparable to Verrone. Paolo, the owner, and his son were our hosts for two different tours (purchase on Winedering and book in advance). He is extremely knowledgable on the whole process and is steeped in the history of the place. I cannot recommend this tour and meeting the Verrone family enough!

5 Wonderful way to spend the afternoon! (Bruno)My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Vigne Di Raito. We had an amazing little picnic with the red wine. It is rare to find a winery with views of the sea. The little tables set up under the pergola were absolutely adorable. We also really appreciated that this winery is a small business and the wines are all organic. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!

I took my father and the rest of our family there to celebrate his birthday, the tour through this family run vineyard was perfect! Although small, the tour was really interesting filled with details on the history of the vineyard and the production of the wine. The wine tasting was superb, we loved the wines (so much so that we bought a few bottles to take home!). And the buffet was delicious with very authentic regional flavours. The Apicella family was super kind, not only adapting to dietary requirements but also made a delicious cake and sang happy birthday to make this day even more special. We will forever cherish this experience in our memory, I would highly recommend visiting the Cantine Apicella.

The snacks in the picnic basket and the rosé wine were delicious, and the views were incredible. They told us we could stay as long as we’d like, so there was no rush. 5 Fantastic evening (Becky)We couldn’t have been more enthused and inspired on our way home from our tour of Le Vigne di Raito with Alfonso. Alfonso is an incredibly passionate, very charismatic guide who showed us the story of their wines with such detail. The wine itself was delicious, the rosé in particular we had never tasted anything like - we bought as many bottles as we could fit in our luggage! The food too was an excellent surprise, we weren’t expecting such a delightful experience of VERY local food - nothing we were served came any further than a few miles. Some of the best produce we’ve tasted. Of course, being on the Amalfi coast you would expect spectacular views, they never disappoint, perhaps some of our best photos of our whole honeymoon! So happy we found Le vigne di Raito, we will continue to follow its journey and hopefully revisit in the future.

5 Knowledgable, funny and great lunch (Jonathan)We went as a very small group (just 2 of us) and no other groups joined us. Our guide (Alfonso) was extremely knowledgeable but delivered his wisdom with the right level of humour, while answering questions effectively. His knowledge even extended to the history of the area and the vineyard, and some of the cultural issues around owning and operating the business. The lunch was also very good, with some great wine and the right level of guidance while tasting. It was nice not to be pushed to purchase some bottles also, while we could sit and enjoy our surroundings at the end of our meal.

The tasting afterwards was very pleasant and full of typical products (besides the wines, of course).
