4 Chablis... enough said! (Emiliano)Among the many available, we chose this estate for our tasting, which lasted for almost two and a half hours. Without a doubt, a spot-on choice. Quite an unusual touch was the fact that, to start the visit, our guide loaded us into a van to take us to a strategic spot on the hill overlooking the entire valley cultivated with vines. This was followed by a thorough description of the terroirs related to each of the 7 zones where the Grand Cru are produced. Not only that, the visit then continued walking among the various vineyards where lesser Chablis (Petit Chablis) was also produced, highlighting the differences between the various terroirs. All in all, everything was very interesting and educational. We then returned to the estate and this was followed by a tasting of as many as 5 wines produced by them, starting with "entry-level" wines and then raising the bar. Ultimately, we consider it to have been an absolutely positive experience.
