5 Fantastic moment for all ages (Morten)Went with a group, 7 people, age 20-54 years. Short roundtrip in the old castle while we got the history about the place, the wineyard and owners through up the years. Then tasting 3 different wines, 2 white and one rosé. We also got three fantastic meals, more than expected, from the kitchen. We got at perfect private place, round table, in the center of the garden with the view aganst the sea. Very god service and a very popular fotoshoot-place for the young adults.. I can really recommend this little trip, 1,5 hour was good enough time, even though we had to waite for 15 minutes when we arrived. We order at 17:00 pm, they were ready at 17.20. We just chilled in the shadow and the cool little wind: and took pictures:)

3 Nice little visit to a vineyard in a village (Laura)Our little tour at Bisson was interesting although some of us were hoping to see the actual grapes or at least to go outside during the tour. The tour focused on telling how they produce their special sparkling wine although unfortunately it was not included in the tasting. The tasting menu was good and especially the last wine gave us goosebumps. However, we didn’t get a choice between 3 platters but they just brought us bread and olives which we wouldn’t have chosen because one of us needs gluten free options which are always packed in plastic bags. The service was perfect though and when we asked for some cheese and ham they prepared an extra plate for us (for extra price). The essential thing was that there was no time limit because it did take us some time to finish all the 5x12cl classes. We also brought their famous sparkling wine which was unfortunately too sweet for our taste. This winery ended up being easy to reach by train from Genova although it would have been nice if the address would have been included on Winedering website (there’s only a bad map and the address only shows when clicking it open on google map) or if there would have been instructions on how to get there. We tried contacting the winery about it, we got a reply in Italian. Fortunately at the end when we found the address on google map the application also gave the very needed instructions on how to get there.

5 Wine tasting with wine yard walk (Kinga)We’ve been looking for the winery experience offers for few days already when found the Azienda Agricola Saglietto online, it wasn’t the easiest to find but the website and reservation process were really easy to follow. The day before the experience we’ve been contacted by Monica with all the details which was really useful and helped us to get there on time. Because of the event in the village we had an issue with public parking availability which was quickly resolved by the hosts who made a private parking spot available to us after calling them. First we had a walk across the wine yard and olive trees garden where Monica told us about the history of the place, growing and processing of the grapes and olives and the specific varieties which are growing there and answered all our questions. Then we’ve moved to the tasting garden which is a beautiful spot on the side of the mountain with a breathtaking view on the sea. We’ve picked option with 4 wines and olive tasting and therefore been taken through the olive tasting first to then move to the wines, first the younger ones and then two different years of the Barba Ninin. The olive tasting was really interesting and insightful and as we’re not experienced in such events all the provided explanation and directions were much appreciated, then we’ve moved to the wines and we’ve been able to experience the differences coming from different grapes varieties, it was also very interesting to see how the time is impacting the taste of the older wine. Additionally all that was accompanied by the delicious snacks with local products (delicious parmigiano reggiano). My partner is not the great wine lover but he was enjoying the whole experience as well as I did. The wine was very good (portions are quite big so take your time if driving), we’ve tried the best olives we’ve ever ate and experienced the olive oil like we never before. Just next to the garden there is a place where you can buy the wine, olives and olive oil which is very convenient and of course we’ve bought something to enjoy at home. We’ve had occasion to meet the owners as well who were polite and had interesting conversation about the wine they produce. To conclude we’ve really enjoyed the experience and the products, the atmosphere was pleasant, views beautiful and if there will be an option to see the process of wine and olive oil making live we would be happy to come back!

5 Beautiful Location in the Cinque Terre! (Joy)We had a lovely time tasting the vineyard’s wine, the view of the waters below was stunning. Be sure to get directions before you go, we were pretty confused but then found that there is a bus from Manarola near the pharmacy that takes you up and back again.

4 Wonderful English-speaking host (Kathi)Very quaint wine tasting; felt very personalized and genuine. I loved that it wasn’t an enormous business and it felt like we were stepping into the family’s lifestyle, not a large-scale industrial winery. The host spoke very clearly in English and was able to answer all questions clearly in English as well. Accompanying snacks were delicious and helped bring out flavor of wines.

4 Interesting wines! (January)Bisson was very unique, I would give it the highest mark for that. It is a beautiful setting. The antipasti’s were very tasty. My only recommendation for that was more variety of olives and maybe some pesto. I am not a bianco wine drinker, but their whites were very tasty, and happily drank two of them. The reds were eccellente! I wish I would have had those served first bc I was driving and had to just sip a little. The tour added to the ending dining experience. The parte migliore was the explanation about the wine that was aged in the sea! So affascinante!! As far as the service, it was good, just felt we could have been catered to a little more. How is everything etc. overall great experience! January

5 Perfect evening! (Lena)We had a really great experience at Dell’ Erba with Giulia and her family and will definitely go back there. We could taste three of their excellent white wines accompanied by plenty of bread and dips, formaggi and salumi. Everything was very delicious and the food locally sourced. After the tasting we got a small tour around the vineyard with some more interesting insights into their winemaking process and philosophy. We felt their passion for winemaking and sharing that with their guests in every detail! Thank you for that special evening!

5 Great evening, great food, great wines and perfect hospitality! (Eltina)We had an amazing evening at this local winery! Small familybusiness where you can feel and taste the love for wines but also for food. Especially for us they had an englisch speaking person come over to show us around and explained us everything about the wines and the process of making wine. After the tour we had an amazing diner with wine tasting in the romantic garden. The wines where very tastefull and the food was in perfect harmony with the wines. After the food and wines we also got a very good homemade limoncello. This was the last night of our holiday and we feel it was a perfect romantic end of our holiday! Thank you for your kindness and making us feel very welcome!

5 A lovely local wine experience! (Daams)Thank you for a lovely visit! My daughter and I really enjoyed La Cantina Bisson in Sestri Levante - a beautiful vineyard with locally produced wine. After a guided tour to the wine cellar we tasted 3 white and 2 red wines followed by local ham and cheese. We highly recommend the experience!

5 Amazing experience! (Natalie)We had a wonderful time at beautiful cantina capellini. Our guide helpfully met us at the village church, so that we didn't need to worry about finding the location. After some explanations about their wines and seeing different ways of growing the vines, we tasted 4 wines at their beautiful tasting spot overlooking the sea. You can also just buy wine to drink there (or take home). Would definitely recommend!

4 Very nice winery tour (Charlotte)All-in-all, we had a lovely visit at the Bisson Winery where we learned about their interesting story and tasted some great wines. We just have a few suggestions for improvement, both for the booking website and the tour itself: 1) Based on the booking website, it is quite difficult to figure out exactly where the meeting point is. It would help a lot if the address was explicitly written on both the page and the booking confirmation. 2) Due to the above-mentioned address difficulties, another group was half an hour late for our tour so we were just waiting for them with nothing else to do. Luckily we didn't have any plans afterwards, otherwise this delay would have been even more unfortunate. 3) Because we weren't enough people on two tours, the English and Italian tours were combined, which unfortunately meant that the guide had to repeat everything (don't know why she didn't just do the whole tour in English and explain a few thing to the Italians if they didn't understand everything). This also took extra time, which we would have rather spent on the wine tasting. 4) Lastly, just a suggestion for Bisson: after such a nice wine tasting with great explanations about each wine, we were actually surprised that we didn't get any information about how to purchase the wine. It didn't seem like they really wanted to sell anything, which would just have been obvious to try :-)

5 Excellent Experience (Martina)An experience we would do again without a second thought! The tasting included 3 wines, among them Brezza and Brilla, which won us over. Each glass was accompanied by a different board, with well-thought-out pairings and high-quality products. We were also lucky because the evening was accompanied by live music, making everything even more special. A special thanks to Giulia, the owner, very kind and welcoming, and to the guy who guided us through the tasting: very knowledgeable and welcoming.

These entrepreneurial realities, dedicated to the pursuit of quality rather than just profit, are increasingly rare and must be protected because they represent our Italian culture!! 4 Excellent aperitivo (Alisea)The kindness of the staff is noteworthy. They welcomed us with patience and serenity. The winery tour was shorter than I expected, but interesting nonetheless. I find they give a lot of space to marketing ideas, which are however very well executed (e.g., dinners in the vault or in the very well-kept main hall, availability for weddings, etc.). Good wines and aperitivo products in generous portions and of high quality. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.
