Our story begins with a deep-rooted passion for preserving tradition and nurturing our land. With 1,500 century-old olive trees, we produce the renowned Taggiasca DOP olive, a local variety celebrated both in Italy and around the world. This cultivar is cherished for its exceptional extra virgin olive oil and its versatility in the kitchen. What makes our olive oil so special is the laborious process of hand-picking the olives, as our rugged terrain leaves no room for modern agricultural machinery. In addition to our olive groves, we embarked on a journey of viticulture when we reclaimed the abandoned lands of Oltrealmare. Discovering ancient vine shoots hidden beneath the brush, we decided to plant a new vineyard of Pigato, a grape variety native to the extreme western part of Liguria.
