5 A little peace of Sicilian heaven (Deimante)Our experience in Tenuta la Favola was pure perfection! This small family owned winery felt extremely cozy and welcomed us with hands wide open. We enjoyed everything - beautiful surroundings, amazing tour with incredible guide, delicious wines with local snacks and just being there, walking around in such a peaceful and lovely atmosphere. Our guide not only told us great stories about the winery but also answered hundreds of questions we had afterwards!! 10/10!!

5 Highlight of our trip (Antoinette)Our family had a private burrata making course with Marco and Umberto . We loved it. It was well organized and taught us how to make several different cheeses. Umberto even at the the end did cute ones that they do for the children there . It was fun , tasty and just truly enjoyable . Umberto has a passion for his cheese making and it shines thru . The lunch after was a delight . I highly recommend. Thank you both again for a memory we won’t forget

5 Tenuta La Favola Winery (Lisa)Tenuta La Favola (Organic Wines) is a fabulous experience set in a stunning location. An extremely interesting and educational tour of the winery, learning all about the history of the vines and the family that has continued the wine-making and vision throughout generations. Florencia was very knowledgable and passionate about teaching us the techniques and processes. The tasting of five wines, matched with locally produced food was the perfect ending. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this vineyard.

5 Tenuta Fabulous (Therese)My husband and I had a fantastic visit to the winery. Our tour guide was fabulous. She was knowledgeable and very personable. She informed us of the process of cultivating the grapes for the wine including the special requirements for organic designations. She spoke about the family history of wine making and wove in stories with each varietal we were served. The wine which was lovely was paired with regional food. Our special visit to the winery was a highlight of our trip to the region.

4 Good experience visiting such winards (Forlini)I really enjoyed our visit. The young lady who welcome us and rune the Wine tour, was absolutely passionate, and so keen to answer any question relative to wine production... The visit, was very informative and a concrete overs-view of what means it to develop a bio winery from a small family perspective. We closed the visit by the local wine production test and enjoy everything which brought for such exercise. We got a lot of explanations and information. Furthermore, we didn't get any sales push, which was fair and welcome.

5 Wine and food (Eleonora)We tried their selection of 5 wine and platter of cheeses, salami and bruschette. The wines were excellent and lady gave us a detailed explanation of their production. We also had a lot of local cheeses, a selection of bruschette and salami. It felt like a lot of food. The setting was lovely , we were there on a hot day, the room is located in a barn and is air conditioned. At the end of the tasting we also bough a selection of the wines we tried. I would definitely recommend it!

The facilities were impeccable and the people who worked there very informative and friendly. 5 Nice Wine Tour and Tasting at Tenuta La Favola (Terry)Sebastian provided a very nice tour and tasting at the winery. We actually arrived two hours early, but Sebastian accommodated us without a problem . After being shown the vineyard and production rooms, we tasted one white and three reds. All were very good, and accompanied by a variety of appetizers. Sebastian was friendly and engaging, and very knowledgeable about local grapes and wine in general. We highly recommend this tour.

5 Really enjoyable and interesting (Jenny)Thoroughly enjoyable tour and 5 course light lunch with a glass of wine with each course.. It was just our party of 4, with Sebastian providing interesting information about the vines, growing conditions and process of organic wine making. His English was very good and he was happy to answer all our questions! It is a small set up in a farmhouse, overlooking a pool and countryside so it feels very intimate. We would recommend!

Overall we had the opportunity to taste nine different wines, accompanied by a good aperitif. Very short explanation of the wines, I expected more but in general it was a good experience.
