4 VISIT TO CA' DI RAJO (Emiliano)Afternoon visit to this modern facility that preserves all the charm of the past from which it originated. See for example the truly original type of vine "training," at least for a good part of the vineyard land. Maria, who accompanied us on the visit, also explained to us that in this facility, during the warmer seasons, they also hold truly fascinating outdoor events and in fact we could see that it lends itself very well to convivial evenings of all kinds. The part related to the tasting of their products, which I personally consider to be of excellent quality, was also good. Last, but not least, with reference to the cost of the visit, a decidedly favorable quality-price ratio.

5 A sparkling afternoon of glasses and laughter (Olli)My friend and I participated in a wine tasting at Enotria Tellus, it was a truly special experience. We were welcomed by Bianca who, with great professionalism and passion, accompanied us on a journey through history, curiosities, aromas, and flavors. We tasted high-quality wines, from the most intense reds to the elegant sparkling ones. The thing that struck us the most is that behind these wines are young people, full of enthusiasm and passion, who with dedication and professionalism carry on the winemaking tradition of the territory! 5 Excellent visit and tasting (Sonny)Anisa was an excellent companion for the experience! She fully explained the philosophy of their winery, which impressed us a lot. The winery is new but still allows you to see every phase of the wine's transformation. The tasting is excellent, it includes an explanation of each wine, which was well-thought-out and unique, and a refill of the glass if desired; the platter of cured meats and cheeses was truly abundant. The story of the winery and the labels is beautiful, giving meaning and taste to the wine tasted.

5 Excellent wine in a tranquil and jovial atmosphere (Andrea)My wife and I spent a couple of truly pleasant hours. Anissa, the owner, welcomed us and made us feel at ease. She showed us the vineyards and the cellar, and explained the various winemaking methods they use. The tasting was very interesting, with a professional description of the wines and their characteristics, in a friendly and relaxed setting. Both the wines and the platter she offered us were of great quality.
