A curated and incredible selection of reds. A wonderful welcome enriched by clear and passionate explanations, never banal. You feel guided in the discovery of the territory. Equally excellent is the selection of very fresh local cheeses and cured meats that enhance every sip. Charming location and generous glasses. If you are in the Valpolicella area, it is a mandatory stop.

5 A very lovely moment (Marie-Christine)This visit to the Merino azienda was truly interesting and educational thanks to the kindness and friendliness of our host who explained the work in the vineyard to us very clearly. He then had us taste several wines, accompanying them with delicious local cheeses and cured meats. I should specify that the tour was initially supposed to be in French but, due to a misunderstanding, it was done in Italian, which wasn't too much of a problem: I get by in Italian and was able to translate the main points into French for my husband. Thank you to our host for taking on the challenge of doing this tour alone, as he was supposed to be assisted by a translator. In any case, I can only recommend visiting this winery: the wine is excellent! We also requested to have a few bottles shipped to our home in Belgium.

5 A beautiful experience in tradition (Cinzia)We visited the Meroni farm as a couple and it was a beautiful experience in tradition. Mr. Davide, who welcomed us and accompanied us for the whole visit, was very thorough in his explanations and very pleasant in following our trains of thought that would get lost along the way... Right from the start, we breathed in the tradition of this winery, which accompanied us throughout the visit until the tasting. The interesting facts, the anecdotes, the pairings and combinations, between one sip and the next, between a dip into the fresh Valpolicella Classico and a dip into the enveloping Amarone, led us to spend a pleasant afternoon. For those who, like us, were visiting the territory directly for the first time and have little time to spend there, we recommend this winery to breathe in and taste a pleasant, but not so obvious, dip into tradition.

3 Good winery (Mauro)Very nice winery, small and, I would say, family-run. Very good wines with an attention to tradition. I would have preferred a more detailed explanation regarding the tour. The explanation during the wine tasting was good; the cured meats they offered, on the other hand, were excellent, especially their Venetian soppressa.
