4 Wine and Nature (Giulia )There is a hidden oasis in nature a few kilometers from Spoleto. It was a beautiful experience not only to be able to taste the wines of Terre di Rovo but above all to appreciate the respect for the environment and the life cycle of the vine. Perfect welcome starting from the point where we left the car to be taken to the winery by the owners' pickup. A brief visit right to the Cabernet Sauvignon and Trebbiano spoletino vineyards in front of the actual winery and then into the cellar to appreciate the description of the different processing phases. The tasting of the two wines was accompanied by simple dishes but with typical local ingredients. Two different vintages for each wine, we appreciated the more aged ones.
