5 Story of a resistant grape variety (Maria )Mrs. Anita is a marvel, she tells the story of her family and of this great grape variety with a unique sweetness. She had us taste her excellent white wines, Maor and Johanniter, the Groppello which we practically fell in love with, as well as local cured meats and cheeses. We are taking home her wines and the joy she transmitted to us. An experience I recommend!

5 Niche wines (Mauro)A beautiful family-run business. The explanation of the "birth" of the vineyard and the project was pleasant and interesting; the tasting was very good, with the explanation of every single glass paired with a selection of excellent cheeses and cured meats. If you are in the vicinity of Val di Non or Val di Sole, book a visit: you won't regret it!

5 Between history and innovation (Giada)We were immediately welcomed into a warm and friendly atmosphere. Lorenzo and his mother have managed to carry on the family business, paying attention to history but with an eye toward innovation. This is what was conveyed to us with enthusiasm during the tasting in the cellar. We had the pleasure of tasting some excellent wine, accompanied by local cured meats, and it was a unique opportunity to learn about the origin of Groppello and its variants. If you are passing through Val di Non, we recommend making a stop at the El Zeremia winery.

4 A day well spent (Elisa)Location a bit challenging to reach, but evocative and worthwhile. Small, niche family-run business with a warm welcome. The lady knows how to convey the passion and history of her work. The Groppello wines and the abundant tastings were excellent.
