Having always been producers of the famous and renowned "Non Valley" apples, driven by an ongoing quest for ever greater sustainability in 2016 we began growing Solaris. Solaris is not a well-known variety of white grape, but very interesting as it requires at most a couple of phytosanitary interventions per year as it is naturally very tolerant to downy mildew and powdery mildew. The result of a selection made by the Freiburg Agricultural Institute in the mid-1970s, it has found in the plateau of Alta Valle di Non the ideal place to express the best of itself.

El Zeremia is a family-run winery located in the scenic Val di Non in Trentino, Italy. Established by the Zadra family, the estate spans 4 hectares of land, with a focus on reviving ancient local grape varieties, particularly Groppello di Revò. The winery has a deep-rooted history, tracing back to the 19th century, when it was passed down to the current generation. Visitors can explore the rich winemaking tradition, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, while learning about the estate’s dedication to preserving Trentino’s viticultural heritage.
