5 Vineyard experience (John)An excellent education in wine production paired with a beautiful, traditional lunch. A family owned winery who are passionate and very open about their family history in wine production. Operating for over 25 years they give their honest assessment of their early years and how they have come through various ups and downs in that period. The lunch is devised by their mother (I love that) who was at the lunch table and very generous with her cooking knowledge, so much so that she gave us a recipe to one of the courses. I would thoroughly recommend visiting this vineyard. Lovely place and lovely people.

5 A Perfect Wine Tasting Experience (Thomas)I recently attended a wine tasting here and it was absolutely perfect. The selection of wines was both delicious and diverse, catering to different tastes. The host provided clear and engaging explanations, adding interesting background stories and tasting tips without being too technical. The short tour of the venue was a nice touch, offering a glimpse into the winemaking process. 5 Great Experience (Tracy)My family and I visited Fontefico Winery. Nicola gave us a great tour and tasting. We were pleasantly surprised to get to taste and purchase olive oil. Nicola even let us taste the grapes right off the vines! We purchased lots of wine and olive oil.

There were 6 of us for the tour …me and my husband in English ; 4 others rather clause locals in Italian but Nicola was great in communicating to us in both English and Italian ..tge wines were wonderful. We had a chance to speak to Nicola’s mother …what a lovely person …she shared her recipe for the cheese balls they served with me …their wines were great … their hospitality was amazing and the grounds are beautiful ….we arrived a little early at 11 because I was afraid we might get lost which we did not …and we didn’t leave until around 3…we were chatting with Nicola’s mother was over an hour! Thank you for arranging the wonderful experience!

5 Wonderful experience (Elio)I was given a voucher for this site, we decided to use it for an experience at Fontefico in Vasto, we had a wonderful time, the owners were very kind, we did a wine tasting, a tour of the cellars, and then lunch. It was a very pleasant and interesting experience.

5 AN EXPERIENCE TO HAVE (Andrea)First time we've participated in a wine tasting. The location is beautiful, you can see the sea, the lighthouse and all the surrounding vineyards. The tasting of the wines fully satisfied us, and it's interesting how each wine has its own story behind it, accompanied by excellent service and a platter of cured meats and cheeses. We will definitely come back for lunch, or for another tasting. Congratulations.
