3 Sardinian Vineyard (Louise)A lovely experience which was enhanced by the other guests. We were given a limited tour of the vineyard which is very rustic although the owner was very knowledgeable about wine.. The meal was authentic and most of the accompanying wines were good but the meal was spoilt by swarms of wasps all afternoon. Fortunately the other guests were great company and we made the best of it.

È stato molto disponibile a spostare la data in modo da evitare il brutto tempo e consentirci di visitare la vigna al massimo della sua bellezza. Dopo una piacevole passeggiata abbiamo degustato gli ottimi vini, con menzione particolare al sorprendente pet-nat. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da pecorino, carasau e salsiccia sarda. Atmosfera intima e rilassata che ci ha fatto sentire tra amici. Assolutamente da raccomandare

5 Colline del Vento, A great wine tasting experience!!! (Kevin)Gianluca and his father provided a fantastic wine tasting experience at their vineyard, Colline del Vento. Their wines, vermentino and cannonau are very tasty and the meat and cheese plates were plentiful! My wife and I had a great time with the other guests also! Go and you will definitely enjoy your own experience!

5 Drinking wine in a nice setting (Rob)Firstly, we had a really nice time, the wine was very enjoyable (and interesting, especially their orange wine offering) and the portions were extremely generous. I’d go four stars rather than five purely because there’s less of an element of leading you through the wines, but rather let’s sit and enjoy the wines. Which is a wonderful thing to do, but slightly more explanation before each glass would make it just that step higher for me. Either way, a lovely evening of wine drinking!

5 Couples' tasting (Edoardo)I went with my fiancée for a tasting in the off-season and it was just the two of us. It was a beautiful experience! Mario explained the history of his vineyard to us and many little interesting facts about it. The wine was delicious and he brought us some snacks to eat. We did the basic tasting but I'm sure that the other options (afternoon snack with tasting or dinner with tasting) are just as good!

4 Open-air wine tasting in a relaxed atmosphere (Eberl)We really enjoyed the wine tasting at the Colline del Vento winery. Gianluca patiently answered all our questions. We were also able to chat with the other guests, which we found more interesting than long lectures on wine-growing techniques. The only downside was the wait for two late guests on the way there: since we were at the meeting point on time, we had to wait another 20 min. until it started.

Gianluca really took his time to show us around and was very welcoming. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations and explained life on the island, which gave us good local insights. The surroundings were beautiful and we left very satisfied with the experience.

5 An absolute must-try experience. (Ivone)In the past we have participated in wine tastings from other areas of Italy. Usually the tasting takes place at the wine processing or bottle sales premises. The Colline del Vento experience was unique and unforgettable and I recommend it to all lovers of good wine because it takes place outdoors, near the production vineyards. It wasn't about simple tastes of small quantities of wine, but about drinking a glass of wine (except for those who had to drive the car afterwards...) for each of the three wines offered, accompanied by excellent local food products and pleasant discussions with the other participants in the tasting and the guides who accompanied us. It was also interesting to see the vineyards and learn how the vines are cultivated, including the difficulties the producer had to overcome. Among the 3 wines offered, the C'Alma Orange was the one we appreciated the most, as it is unique in taste, smell, and color. We will definitely buy it in the future to let our friends taste it and to remember our vacation in Sardinia.
