i vini bianchi sono migliori

10/1/18
I due vini bianchi di questa cantina (Lison Classico e Traminer Aromatico) sono particolarmente buoni , sopratutto che possono accompagnarti a passare tutta l'estate senza pensiero "che cosa puoi bere oggi"...

About Winery and Wines

The Mazzolada estate extends over 126 hectares, of which 93 hectares are cultivated with vineyards and all of them are situated in the area with the “denomination of controlled origin” so called DOC wines. All the vineyards on the estate have been planted recently, with a vine density ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 plants per hectare. There is only one hectare left of the year 1963, which has been preserved for its unique features.

At the winery the meticulous care of the vineyard precedes the careful and modern processing of the grapes. In deed, Mazzolada’s use of the newest techniques and state of the art equipment, such as the soft squeezing, the controlled temperature during the wine-making and the wine aging in French barrique barrels, guarantee the best conditions for producing high quality wines. The generosity of the vines combined with the modern equipment assures Mazzolada a production capacity of nearly 1,000,000 bottles per year. In our Estate we cultivate several varieties of vine: - for white varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Lison (the ancient Tocai), Traminer, Sauvignon,Prosecco, Malvasia,Verduzzo; - for red varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. Of the many prestigious awards we have received, we are most proud of the following: - The gold medal awarded to the: Lison Classico DOCG, Malvasia Spumante dolce, Prosecco DOC and Metodo Classico at National Wine Competition Pramaggiore (VE) 2016 - Best of class gold medal 96 Points Refosco Dal Peduncolo Rosso, Lison Pramaggiore DOC 2016 at “Wine and Spirit competition of Los Angeles 2017 - The silver medal awarded to the Prosecco Extra dry DOC at “Wine and Spirit competition of Los Angeles 2017”
