L'esperienza è stata molto positiva. La host ha raccontato in modo interessante il procedimento dalla crescita del uva alla bottiglia. La parte di degustazionecon con un'ottima preparazione. Assaggi del vino a volontà abbinati con i prodotti locali. Ottima idea di organizzare i tavoli per quatro persone così avevamo la possibilità di conoscere e condividere bel momenti con le persone nuove.

History

“Cà Trifulera“, located among hills that have always been suited to oenology, today is a small farm.
But its history, through documents, tells us that already in 1839 it was an agricultural reality and that in the fifties the father Pasquale here produced wine with the grapes he cultivated with tenacity in the vineyards of his property. After a period of transition, in the same premises, now refurbished, a high quality wine is once again produced, with the same care and passion.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy is to cultivate fine Nebbiolo grapes in the "Sorì della Quercia" vineyard, located in the municipality of Barbaresco, selecting the best bunches, in order to obtain a wine capable of satisfying and enhancing the most demanding palates.
