BRESOLIN BIO

We are Bresolin — Enrico, Matteo, and Davide — independent, young, and passionate winegrowers. Since 2012, the year our family winery was founded, we have been cultivating our own grapes with dedication and care.

Bresolin is a proud member of FIVI (the Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers), which means we personally oversee every stage of production, from the vineyard to the bottle.

We are winegrowers who love working the land among the rows of Asolo DOCG, a territory that represents us deeply. Our work is guided by respect for nature and the desire to express its authentic character through our wines.

We are organic. From the very beginning, we have chosen sustainable, environmentally friendly farming practices out of deep love and respect for our land. Our products come from fertile soils surrounded by woodlands inhabited by deer, wild boars, and wild birds — a place where biodiversity thrives and where every bottle tells a story of balance and harmony between man and nature.

Behind every bottle of Bresolin, there is a name, a person, a root. Each label does not simply indicate a type (Extra Dry, Brut, Extra Brut), but carries a family name — a tribute to those who made our journey possible.

Founded in 2012, Bresolin is a young winery with deep roots. Our vineyards and our passion were inherited from our grandparents, true pioneers of family winemaking.

Since childhood, they would take us among the vines, especially during harvest time. From them, we learned a love for the land and the value of hard work.

Our story begins in Valdobbiadene, where our bond with the vine was born. Today, we cultivate in Asolo DOCG, a young and dynamic denomination in which we fully recognize ourselves.

It is here that we grew up, took root, and built our family business. Even though we now work in a different area than our grandparents, we always carry them with us.

Extra Dry – Sior Lino, after our maternal grandfather Deduino
Brut – Rissieri, the nickname of our paternal grandfather Giorgio
Extra Brut – Benny, our father Beniamino, a key figure in the company
