About Winery and Wines
Nestled in the scenic Colli Piacentini, Cantina Civardi di Seminò is a family-run winery located in Ziano Piacentino, where winemaking traditions have been passed down for generations. Our vineyards, cultivated with passion and dedication, grow native and international grape varieties, including Bonarda, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malvasia, Chardonnay, and Ortrugo.
A key element of our winemaking philosophy is proximity—our vineyards are located within a 3 km radius of our winery, ensuring that the grapes arrive fresh for processing, preserving their aromatic integrity and quality. The entire winemaking process is carried out with a perfect blend of tradition and modern technology: we harvest exclusively by hand, carefully selecting the best grapes, and then rely on state-of-the-art vinification techniques to guarantee hygiene, precision, and excellence.
For us, winemaking is more than a profession—it is a labor of love.
