Ho scelto Cantina della Volta perchè è l'unica cantina sul territorio del lambrusco a riuscire a valorizzare in modo perfetto il prodotto con una cura meticolosa nella scelta delle uve. Il risultato sono ottimi vini tra cui i metodo classico sono sicuramente i più sorprendenti.
Visita in cantina molto curata e dettagliata e degustazione esaustiva.
