CASCINA GOREGN

Cascina Goregn is a family-run winery nestled in the heart of Castagnito, a village located just a few kilometers from Alba, in the Roero region, to the left of the Tanaro River. The name "Goregn" holds a special significance in Piedmontese, meaning "the tough ones," a title given to our grandfather, born in 1898, and one that we proudly carry forward. Our deep connection to this land and its vines is evident in our meticulous care of the vineyard, where we ensure that only the best grapes are selected from the finest positions in the area, known as "al sorì." With a blend of tradition and modernization, our winery is undergoing gradual upgrades to adopt the latest technologies while preserving the exceptional quality and authenticity of our wines.

Our wines are the result of a deep respect for tradition and an unwavering dedication to quality. The vineyards, located in the prime spots of Castagnito, benefit from ideal sun exposure and careful grape selection. In our cellar, modern techniques are seamlessly blended with time-honored practices, allowing us to produce wines that embody the richness of the Roero region.
