Champagne Adrien Simon
About the Winery
Located in Pouillon, on the Saint-Thierry Massif just a few kilometres from Reims, Champagne Adrien Simon is a family-owned grower estate with roots dating back to the early 19th century.
Since 2008, the estate has been run by Adrien Simon, the sixth generation of the family, combining traditional know-how with a modern, environmentally conscious approach. Certified Organic since 2024, the vineyard is managed with great care for biodiversity, soil health and the expression of each terroir.
Our vineyards are predominantly planted with Meunier, the signature grape of the Saint-Thierry Massif, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown on the region's characteristic sandy-clay soils.
As a Grower Champagne (Récoltant-Manipulant), every bottle is produced exclusively from grapes grown on our own vineyards, reflecting the authenticity and identity of our terroir.
About the Wines
Champagne Adrien Simon's philosophy is simple: to let each terroir express itself as naturally as possible.
Each parcel is vinified separately, in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels depending on the cuvée, with minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process. Long ageing in our cellars allows every wine to develop complexity, balance and elegance.
Our range includes both approachable, fruit-driven Champagnes that express the house style, and single-parcel cuvées crafted in limited quantities, highlighting the unique character of our finest vineyard sites.
Freshness, precision, and authenticity are at the heart of every bottle, offering Champagnes designed to be enjoyed from aperitif to fine dining.
