80 % Pinot Noir - 20 % Chardonnay

A sudden light in a powerful environment. Lightness in density. The first blend of the House is full of the Chemin family’s personality: a ray of purity with lots of character. 20% Chardonnay, 80% Pinot Noir, 100% character.

82 % Pinot Noir - 18 % Chardonnay
Dosage: 3 g/l
The Pinot Noir takes the lead in this blend but the Chardonnay isn’t resting. On the table, it’s nice, spicy and fleshy character makes your meals sparkling. One blend, 100% of personality.

A cuvée born from the fascinating terroirs of Sacy and Écueil, on the slopes of the “Petite Montagne de Reims”. Don’t be fooled by this disparaging label, there’s a lot more to this region than what meets the eye. A terroir full of captivating aromas. Pinot Noir is the King and proves it in this uncompromising wine.
