Sono stato accolto in maniera eccezionale da una famiglia di vignaioli che mi hanno portato nel loro mondo di viticoltori facendomi degustare dell'ottimo champagne tanto che ho comprato due bottiglie.
Non posso dire altro solo parlarne bene e ringrazio la famiglia per la grande professionalità e disponibilità.

Bellissima e raccolta esperienza di degustazione direttamente con il produttore..Il figlio parlava molto bene inglese quindi è stato facile comunicare ma la simpatia e la disponibilità del padre ci faceva comprendere benissimo anche il francese! Esperienza consigliata per conoscere il lavoro e la passione di tanti piccoli produttori di questa regione. Ottimo lo champagne

Nous faisons tous ce que nous pouvons pour accueillir du mieux possible nos clients. Le jour de votre visite, il faisait un peu frais, c'est pourquoi nous vous avons reçu dans la vérandas, espace dédié à notre clientèle quand la météo ne permet pas de vous recevoir sur la terrasse.
Nos Champagnes sont élaborés avec le plus grand soin, contents qu'ils vous ont plu.

About Winery and Wines

We are a family-run Champagne house, warmly welcoming guests in every season—on our terrace overlooking the Champagne vineyards when the weather is pleasant, or in our heated veranda during the cooler months. Our vineyards are mainly located in Nogent l'Abbesse, where we grow primarily Chardonnay, the noble white grape variety that defines the elegance of our style.

Our focus is on producing Blanc de Blancs, but we also own several plots on the Montagne de Reims, where we cultivate Pinot Noir and Meunier, allowing us to create expressive and balanced blends. Every bottle we craft is the result of careful vineyard management, traditional methods, and a deep respect for terroir.

Our range of Champagnes is crafted to highlight the purity of fruit, expression of terroir, and the refinement of age-worthy cuvées:

Blanc de Blancs – Made entirely from Chardonnay, this Champagne is floral and elegant, with bright citrus notes and a delicate finesse.

3Cépages – A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, this cuvée is fruit-forward and lively, crafted from our plots on the Montagne de Reims.

Rosé – With a salmon hue, this rosé reveals charming aromas of cherry and strawberry, ideal for festive moments and fine pairings.

L’Odyssée – A Millésime Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay, showcasing the finest character of an exceptional vintage.

Extra Terroir – A sophisticated blend of vintage Chardonnays, aged in large oak barrels and enhanced by a perpetual reserve system that brings together the richness and harmony of the last 15 best vintages.
