Since 1923, Champagne Poirot has been crafting exceptional Champagnes in the prestigious southern Côte des Blancs. As a family-run estate, we are proud to continue the tradition of producing high-quality Champagnes from our Premier Cru vineyards, which are planted with 87% Chardonnay and 13% Pinot Noir. Our passion for winemaking is deeply rooted in the land and its unique terroir, allowing us to create elegant Champagnes that reflect the essence of the region. Champagne Poirot specializes in Blanc de Blancs Champagne, with a focus on freshness, finesse, and balance. Our Extra Brut is characterized by a citrus-forward nose, offering a crisp, fresh taste with a touch of minerality. The Brut Champagne is soft, fine, and fruity, capturing the essence of the southern Côte des Blancs terroir. Our Grande Réserve presents a balanced and elegant profile with notes of dried fruits, showcasing a smooth and refined finish. Finally, our Rosé Champagne delights with its delicate salmon-pink hue and a fruity, seductive nose of red berries, making it a charming and refreshing choice.
