CORTE ADAMI Azienda Vitivinicola

Winery in Soave

About the Winery

Third-generation vinegrowers and first-generation winemakers in one of Italy's premier wine-growing regions: Verona.

Since 2004, the Adami family, in addition to their historic business of supplying grapes, has become their own producer and bottler. Their primary goal is to produce great Soave, Valpolicella, and Amarone wines that express and enhance the terroir and the original heritage of the native grapes of the Verona area.

About the Wines

The Corte Adami winery is not just a place of production, but a crossroads of thoughts, hopes, and dreams, intertwined with nature and human craftsmanship.

All stages of winemaking take place here: from pressing the grapes to aging the bottles, with constant attention and daily commitment. A special section is dedicated to the drying of the grapes for Recioto di Soave and Valpolicella, with advanced equipment to ensure an optimal process. In the underground area, the wines are aged in an environment of silence and concentration, where aromas develop, tannins soften, and excellence is defined.

Outside, the world is there, with all its challenges and beauty, but above all, with the patience needed to produce high-quality wines.
