Domaine de l’Envol is a family-owned estate located in the heart of Alsace, created in 2016 by siblings Catherine and Daniel Hirsinger, their parents Manuela and Bernard, and Catherine’s partner Raphaël Marchal. The estate was born from their shared passion for producing 100% biodynamic Alsatian wines that respect the biodiversity of the vineyard and its surroundings. Committed to organic and biodynamic principles, the Hirsinger family focuses on creating wines that reflect the complexity of the Alsatian terroir, while also ensuring the health of the environment and wine lovers alike. Domaine de l’Envol prides itself on its authenticity, conviviality, and dedication to sharing the richness of Alsatian winemaking traditions.

Domaine de l’Envol produces a wide range of wines from its 22 hectares of vineyards spread across Ingersheim, Katzenthal, and Pfaffenheim. With over a hundred parcels, the estate offers a variety of expressive wines, including crémants, lieux-dits, and grands crus. The winemaking process emphasizes minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts and allowing for long fermentations. The estate’s offerings include traditional Alsatian whites, macerated (orange) wines, and sweet wines, all certified organic and biodynamic. Each bottle is a true reflection of the terroir, crafted with care and precision, ensuring an exceptional and authentic wine experience.
