Very pleasant human connection with the owner, who really made us enter into the history and curiosities of their business. 4 Domaine Sylvie Fahrer (Dario)Sylvie Fahrer's winery is located in Saint-Hippolyte, a small town situated along the Alsace Wine Route. It is a family-run business both in terms of the winery's size and in terms of atmosphere and environment. As for production, it embodies the typical Alsatian winery based on native grape varieties. I tasted 5-6 types of wines and appreciated their quality, especially the Crémant and the Muscat. The staff who received us (I remember Margot's name) was absolutely kind and ready to respond to every input. Great visit and great tasting!
