Una bella degustazione

Esperienza molto carina; ci hanno accolti benissimo e ci hanno accompagnato nei vigneti per raccontarci le varie tipologie di coltivazione e di raccolta. La degustazione è stata magnifica. Vini ottimi accompagnati da un abbondante tagliere. Abbiamo comprato del vino e sicuramente torneremo in questo bellissimo posto insieme ad amici.

Un bel sabato mattina

La scorsa settimana abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario con un'ottima degustazione di vini e prodotti tipici in questa azienda agricola molto bella e immersa nel verde dei vigneti e degli ulivi dei castelli romani. La struttura è moderna e abbiamo degustato degli ottimi vini su una terrazza chiusa da una vetrata, ideale per tutte le stagioni. Fortunatamente la giornata era soleggiata, per cui abbiamo potuto godere anche del panorama sul vigneto. Chiara, la ragazza che ci ha fatto visitare la vigna, nonché la proprietaria insieme al fratello, è stata gentilissima e molto precisa nelle spiegazioni. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e rilassata, sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere e consigliatissima, adatta veramente a tutte le esigenze. Complimenti ai giovani padroni!

Eredi dei Papi is a distinguished winery located in the heart of Italy, in Castelli Romani area, few minutes from Rome. Founded by siblings Chiara and Lorenzo Iacoponi, the winery is known for its rich heritage and commitment to excellence in winemaking and takes pride in producing high-quality wines that embody the unique characteristics of its terroir.

Vineyards are managed on organic production, where the respect for the raw material is at the heart of the winery's philosophy.

Eredi dei Papi wines are produced from historical vineyards that the owners' grandfather, Francesco Papi, planted back in the 1990s. Today, the winery's everyday job is to preserve this heritage, in order to express the full potential of both the territory and grape varieties.

The winery produces some very important local varieties, such as Malvasia Puntinata and Grechetto as far as white grapes are concerned; Cesanese, Syrah and Montepulciano as regards red varieties.
