Fun tour

Despite being the only people to have a reservation, we were given a full tour ( for only 2 people). It was very interesting and enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Founded by Ernest Andrieu, the estate grew through the contributions of Gédéon Guinot, who perfected their Blanquette de Limoux using traditional methods.
