Marchesi di Ravarino specializes in crafting authentic wines using both the Classic Method and the Ancestral Method, emphasizing the organic, low-intervention approach. Their Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco Salamino grapes are harvested from low-yield vineyards, resulting in wines with intense character and mineral complexity. Notable wines include Ravarein, a white blend, and their range of Magnum and Baby Magnum wines, which are aged on their lees to achieve greater depth and refinement. Each bottle reflects the estate's commitment to quality and natural winemaking.
